This is probably the hardest yet, the most valuable step we can do to reclaim our power. After all, our power comes when we are being who we are meant to be, not what we think other people think we should be.

Pretending to be someone else is utterly exhausting and it hurts your confidence and mental health more than any benefit you may perceive to be getting when you trade your authentic self in.

If you have someone trying to tell you that you need to change to fit in better please, please, please, stop them in their tracks. You are exactly who you should be!

Take some time to assess who you are and whether you are living up to who you are.

Take care of yourself! Yep, that’s right. Sounds simple yet we often overlook self-care in our lives.

The most important thing I have learnt as an adult is that I deserve ‘ME TIME’. Sadly I learnt this the hard way and I don’t want others to find out that way too.
