Goal Success Quick Tip #1
Know your temptations: We all have distractions in our lives that can steer us off course from our goals.
Decipher which ones distract you the most and eliminate them during your dedicated time.
If you’re working on a short goal which of your temptations might make a sweet reward when you have reached goal success?

Goal Success Quick Tip #3
Physically write down your goal: This should be one of your goal success top priorities! Getting it on paper tells yourself you are serious and dedicated to your new goal.
This is a great form of self-discipline and helps you to see how far you have come.
Also, you may work out some issues just by seeing them written down, and if you’re a quick thinker with a lot of ideas, like me, it can be pretty easy to forget every great idea that pops into your mind.
Self-Discipline for Goal Success Quick Tip #4
Break your goal into as many tiny steps as you can: I cannot stress this enough! Break it down and then break it down some more. Each step is part of the goal and big goals can get overwhelming without looking at the smaller pieces.
Use a daily planner to help you focus on a few tasks of the goal each day!
Keep on top of your top goal, track your mood and productivity, and more with this simple yet elegant daily planning sheet.
Staying organized doesn’t have to be complicated!
Quick Tip #5 For Goal Success
Do 1-3 tiny steps towards your goal DAILY: I prefer to work on my hard-to-focus tasks first thing in the morning for a few reasons. Feeling accomplished is a great way to start your day, homeschooling 3 girls means my days are often pretty unpredictable, I get everything done before I start to feel any burnout from the long day.
When are you most productive?
What time of the day do you find you can focus the best and not feel burnout?
That is your goal success sweet spot, aim for it each day to knock off 1-3 tasks!
Self-Discipline Quick Tip #6
Positive affirmations to increase your confidence in success: Confidence is everything when it comes to goal success.
Many people misunderstand the meaning of confidence when it comes to goals but let’s keep focused here or this won’t be a short and sweet article like I promised.
Using affirmations to tune out the negative limiting beliefs in your mind can be very powerful. Keep working on them and be disciplined as making this a priority!
Ready to say no more to your limiting beliefs? Then let’s get started on building your self-confidence, reframing your limiting beliefs and using self-care and affirmations in your daily life!
Goal Success Tip #7
Be prepared with a backup plan: I don’t know about you but a lot of times fear of failure holds people back but you can help eliminate that risk by thinking ahead and about what could happen and what you would do in the worst-case scenario. Often times it’s much worse in our imagination than it would be in reality due to our own perception and perhaps an overthinking brain.
Self-Discipline Goal Success #8
Acknowledge your goal success by rewarding yourself: If you remember in quick tip #1 I said to save those distractions you may like as rewards will make a little bucket list for reaching your goals.
Maybe you finished a really tough task you have been procrastinating? Allow yourself 20 minutes playing your favourite game, checking social media or whatever it is you enjoy.
For bigger goals, make yourself a bucket list of all the amazing things you would like to see or do in life.
When you accomplish one of your big goals evaluate which of those bucket list items you can now treat yourself to.
I suggest having different sizes of rewards on your bucket list.
Check your bucket list to see if any of those items belong on your list of goals too!
Quick Tip #9 For Goal Success
Forgive yourself if and when you make mistakes, learn from them instead: Every single moment in our life is built of from learning moments, from our first steps to our first jobs, to our first loves and so forth.
None of us are born with the answers to where our life should and will lead us.
We find our way by trial and error and we take those experiences with us. We must remember that everyone makes mistakes and that we need to forgive ourselves and instead use those moments as the true learning opportunity that it is!
